| October 01 | Seins à louer – Broadcast |  | From human breast milk sold on the Internet, to breast milk banks to the nursemaid in the 21st century, "Seins à louer" (Breast for rent) is a human adventure as we have never seen on TV, the search for a pregnant woman to find a reliable supply of breast milk. Produced by Productions Vic Pelletier and directed by Karina Marceau who also co-scripted with the host Josée Bournival. Expaz scored theme song and co-wrote it with Doba. Broadcast on October 1 on RDI and currently available on tout.tv. |
| September 25 | Fondation du CHUM |  | Today is the official launch of the fundraising campaign for the Fondation du CHUM. Under the slogan of "DONNONS-NOUS LE MEILLEUR DE LA SANTÉ", the campaign has already reached half of its 300 million $ goal. The campaign is in part supported by web capsules presenting strong testimonies. Among these testimonies, Brian Mulroney and Lucien Bouchard, are already online. Many others will follow. Expaz provided its 360° audio service to the campaign, recording on location, mixing and scoring music. |

After touching almost every sphere of creation, René Richard Cyr leads CRÉER and invites people who influence our cultural world to share their creativity. Guy Dubuisson of Expaz had the honor of mixing the 16 episodes produced by Aidia, created and directed by Jean-Sébastien Ouellet. |
| August 31 | Elias K. Damawou |  | Expaz recorded and produced Elias K. Damawou new E.P. while the trumpeter, percussionist, songwriter and singer is in Montreal.
Elias K. Damawou is the recipient of the 2012 UNESCO-Aschberg Bursaries for Artists Programme! This Togolese artist is a young prodigy, a self-taught trumpeter, percussionist and singer-songwriter who has been creating his legend for over ten years. | July 26 | Escape, official release |  | The album from La Habana based Metal band is released today, on Cuban national day. "La Hora de la Verdad" contains nine tracks demonstrating the energy and rage of the Cuban group. The album is already crowned "Best Metal Album of the Year (Cubadisco 2012) and the group has won the title of best metal band of the year. The album was mixed and mastered in Expaz Montreal based studios by Guy Dubuisson. Release on Brutal Beatdown Records, the album is available here: escape.expaz.net |

| May 09 | SPIN covers Metal in Cuba |  | The be read in the current edition of the american magazine SPIN: an article on the Cuban metal scene. Guy Dubuisson, from Expaz, is currently working on the mix of the next album of Cuban metal band, Escape, signed under Brutal Beat Down records, directed by David Chapet. Escape has also been nominated for Best Metal band of the year by Cuban television & is in nomination at the next Cuba Disco 2012. |

| March 24 | All Our Origins |  | A big project was produced on a very short span of time: "Toutes nos origines" for the Ministere de l'Immigration et des Communautes culturelles du Quebec. Produced by Brad, in collaboration with Shoot Studio. Expaz insures all of the sound and music aspect of the project. Four web capsules and a 30 second TV spot with Offscreen vocals, recorded in our studios, were produced in a week. Congratulation to the whole team. |

In collaboration with renowned artists such as Louis Dupire, the company offers their clients the posibility to follow their project's sound engineering from start to finish, including sound effects, music and the mix. |

| September 18 | Festival: Val-des-Poteaux won two awards! |  | On Sunday September 16 the short film contest Images et Lieux (Maniwaki) took place. The Mocumentary «Val-des-Poteaux» achieved the unanimity the public (Public “Coup de Cœur” price) than among the members of the jury (Gilles-Carle price). The two directors, Melanie Dion and Marie-Christine Vanier, were present to receive the honors. We would also like to personally congratulate them.
